Introduction:
An international nonprofit organization that works with people around the world to empower the disadvantaged, increase economic opportunity, and sustain natural resources seeks applications for the position of M&E Officer for its Hyderabad Office.
Relevant Experience:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in a development-relevant field, social sciences or any other related field.
- 3-4 years experience in monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, social science research or a similar field; experience of working with donor funded projects will be preferred.
- Ability to travel in the selected zones in Sindh to monitor project activities.
- Able to produce high quality work under pressure and deadlines.
- Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Word, Excel and database management system.
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting. Expertise in advanced statistical analysis techniques will be preferred
- Good analytical, organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Mainly responsible to enter data collected by the different field teams and share the information with Manager M&E.
- Assist Manager M&E to ensure consistency in the objectives and indicators in the program between and among field team.
- Participate in M&E meetings with community beneficiaries and project staff, as and when required.
- Coordinate with Community Organizers and ensure timely and quality sub-grantee reporting.
- Assist Manager M&E to support field staff on how to observe and collect data on project interventions.
- Work with the Manager M&E to develop program success stories.
