We are looking for high caliber individual to fill on urgent basis the following vacant position, for our USAID-sponsored project “Third Party Milestone Monitoring Services for Construction of Schools under Sindh Basic Education Program (SBEP) in Sindh”.

Contract Type	Employment contract up to June 2023
Availability/ Mobilization Requirement	Immediate effect
Qualification Requirements	BS/ BE Civil Engineering from HEC approved university Candidate with foreign qualifications will be required to produce documentary evidence of degree recognition and equivalence by the Higher Education Commission (HEC). Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification work relevant experience in building/construction projects Should have excellent knowledge of MS Office and MS Project.
Job description	Specific Responsibilities: Review of drawings, specifications and QA/QC plans Milestone Verification /Monitoring visits Periodic site visits Maintenance of records obtained from site during visits Preparation of Monthly Progress Reports, Milestone Monitoring Reports Preparation of non-compliance reports
