Relevant Experience:

  • The candidate should have at least 14 years of education.
  • At least 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication skills English and Urdu

Job Description:

  • Support in implementation of project activities.
  • Lead the process and work closely with the project team.
  • Support project team with administrative tasks such as collecting data and tracking project success, scheduling meetings to coordinate project work, providing status updates and monitoring budgets and other financial documents.
  • Develop weekly and monthly work plans along with break-up of course content as per approved training schedule/scheme.
  • Data Management in MIS of final Evaluations for concluding and printing certificates
  • Place Requisitions for material/equipment for Practical sessions
  • Maintain hard and soft copies of the documents/evaluation sheets.
  • Inform trainees about Exams schedule and important events/Functions etc.
  • Responsible to manage, coordinate, and provide administrative support.
  • Any other task assigned by the management.
