Relevant Experience:

 Minimum 3 years of experience.

• Vehicles scheduling, arrange fuel advances for drivers for official visits, and review and summarize driver’s bills.

• Advance adjustments of all project staff

• Leading all the Admin & Procurement related matters for Projects.

• Fuel adjustments, advance adjustment against all procurements

• Coordinating and finalizing all field visits

• Generate monthly vehicle rental bills for project.

• Management of all logistics of projects

• Monitoring of misusage of office facilities by project staff and reporting it on timely manner.

• Perform any other duties as required by AiD management.

• Finalizing training venue in consultation with TL and project coordinators for projects.

• Finalizing, approval and procurement of training related items within approved budgets

• Ensure that all project related Admin tasks are timely completed followed up on time and documents produced for approval are correct and accurate and crossed check before approval from Supervisor.

• Any other tasks as assigned by the Line supervisor
