Position Objectives
|

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities: |

1 |
Designing of organization’s publications and IEC material including quarterly magazines (English and Urdu), annual reports, program manual, brochures, leaflets, banners, standees, PVC cards, visiting cards, invitation cards, dairy, calendars etc in efficient and timely manner, liaising with external printers on regular basis to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed in highest quality |

Designing and placement of organization’s advertisements in newspapers through hired PRCS advertising agency. |

3 |
Development of creative concepts, graphics and layouts for printing materials i.e logo, artwork, illustrations, layouts with creativity using appropriate graphic designing software program, reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required |

4 |
Able to produce/compose designing material in English and Urdu languages. Composing of drafts such as speeches, articles, columns, program briefs on inpage and timely submission of final/approved drafts version to Line Manager/HoD |

5 |
Provide assistance to department in program activities, facilitation for smooth execution of events, activities. |
||||||
6 |
Any other assignment/duty assigned by the Competent Authority. |

Education. |

|
At least 12 years of education and preferably Bachelors/ 14 years of Education in Social Sciences Or related field from HEC recognized university / institution. |

Experience. |

At least 3 years of professional experience in an organization/company |

Skills / Knowledge. |

Maximum age limit upto 35 years. |

Travelling:- Travelling:- As and when required all over Pakistan & abroad. |
