Pakistan Red Crescent Society Merged Areas Districts is looking for dynamic and result oriented candidate for the following vacant position for its Health Project for Sub Division WAZIR Areas. This position will be based at Peshawar Merged Areas HQ with frequent travelling to the Project Area.

Job Title:		Data Management and Reporting Officer
Duty Station		Peshawar
Position Objectives:
The overall role of the Data Management and Reporting Officer is to ensure that information required to support the CDC RI Program is collected, organized, analyzed and disseminated to all relevant offices, donors & stakeholders.
S. No	Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities
1	Support Immunization staff to collect and ensure consolidate all data of target communities and analyses of data based on key indicators/targets.
2	He/ She will work closely with immunization teams at District level ensuring that activities are being implemented according to the plan.
3	Provide regular project reports as required by the Program Management. Ensure periodical reporting of the progress and documentation of lessons learnt and case studies.
4	Ensure effective working relationships with Immunization team and other relevant focal persons.
5	Prepare regular reports on activities, outputs and outcomes and extract relevant reports as required.
6	Take lead in performing and documenting procedures for data preparation including data cleaning, standardization and Analysis.
7	Compile the database and update project dashboard
8	Provide support to Focal Person in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports and monitoring visit reports.
9	He/ She will define and create data listing, summary table validation and preparation of data for statistical review as well.
10	Undertake all such duties and accountabilities not listed above as required based on programmatic needs by the management.
Education
Masters / 16 years education in Computer Science and Statistics from HEC recognized Institute / University.
Experience
Minimum 4 years of working experience relevant to health projects specially immunization, technical skills on data managements, Management and Information System (MIS) & Strong data management and reporting skills would be required.
Skills/Knowledge
Fluency in spoken and written in Urdu/ Pashtu & English Work towards the achievement of PRCS Vision and long-term objectives Flexibility to travel to conduct field visits for monitoring and data collection Good command on Microsoft Office (word, excel & power point) and SPSS
