Position Objectives:

The Lady Health Visitor will be responsible for MCH-related activities in the BHU in close

Coordination with District supervisor. Also will be looking after the CDC RI Program activities in the BHU.

Specific Duties, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

Establish and maintain regular communication with community females

2

Ensure the delivery of full package of Primary Health Care service in BHU.

Ensure a comprehensive service package for female clients.

Provide service delivery to clients as needed. Provide sessions on mother / Child health

Perform duties and responsibilities as delegated by Medical Officer

6

Plan and conduct regularly outreach activities/  visits.

Ensure adherence to PHC standards as given by Department of Health to ensure good quality service.

Collect relevant data and display the numbers of Patient entertained on Monthly Basis

Participate in training and meetings as requested by management.

10

Any other activity assigned by the higher management.

Education

02-04 years Diploma of LHV from a HEC recognized Institute.

Experience

03 years’ experience in primary / secondary / tertiary care hospital.

Preferable experience in gynae / obes and pediatrics.

Skills/Knowledge

• Fluency in spoken and written in Urdu & English. Pashto speaking will be preferred
• Excellent skills of imparting training in communities
• Work towards the achievement of PRCS Vision and long-term objectives
• Flexibility to travel to conduct field visits for monitoringand coordination purposes
