We are looking for an HR & Admin Specialist to join our team and support the day-to-day Admin activities and HR Department.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and update HR Policy Manual/SOPs/Code of Conduct
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
- Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
- Gather payroll data like bank accounts and working days
- Maintain attendance and leave records of employees
- Publish and remove job ads
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Prepare reports and presentations on HR-related matters
- Develop training and onboarding material
- Maintain office inventory including equipment issued to employees
- Supervise supporting staff
- Organize schedule of senior management including meetings and travel
- Ensure worthiness of office equipment like internet/telephones/printers etc.
- Renew professional certifications of the organization i.e. ISO/PSEB etc.
- Ensure availability of office stationery/visiting cards/letterheads etc.
- Any other related tasks assigned by senior management
Requirements and skills
- 2-3 Years of work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation
- Experience using MS Office/spreadsheets
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- BS in Human Resources Management or relevant field
Location: Islamabad (On-site)
Timing: Morning (9:00am – 5:00pm)
