The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.
It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select Supplier(s) for the International Rescue committee (Pakistan Country Office, located at Building, Plot No. 270, I-9/3, Islamabad) to supply (Rented Vehicles Services) as per Annex ‘’A’’& “B” to IRC Balochistan Pakistan to the following locations (Jhalmagsi,, Chaghai, Jafarabad, Quetta, Lasbella, Pashin, Chaman, and any other places for Balochistan). All qualified and interested Suppliers are invited to submit their proposals.
The winning Bidder will enter into a ‘’Master Service Agreement’’ for period of two (02) years, may be extended for one (01) more year subject to satisfactory performance. Bidder shall be domiciled in and shall comply with all Government Regulations to operate in (Pakistan). Bidder shall be regular tax-payers and shall furnish a copy of their operating license/certificate of registration valid for the fiscal year (2023-2024). Bidder shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.

A prospective Bidder requiring clarification of the Bidding Documents may notify the Purchaser in writing at [email protected] and can also download the attached RFP. The request for clarification must reach the purchaser not later than January 28, 2023. The Purchaser shall respond by e-mail providing clarification on the bid documents no later than February 01, 2023.
Bidder shall submit sealed bids addressed to the (Procurement of Rented Vehicle Services), at (Building # 2, Plot # 270, Service Road North, I-9/3, Islamabad or H/No-3 Street-1 Lane-2 Shahwani Society Lehri Gate, Quetta by February 13, 2023. Organization reserves the right to accept or reject, any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
No late submission in this regard will be entertained.
