Job Description:

     Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

  •      Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
  •      Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product / service.
  •      Presenting product / service demonstrations to the client.
  •      Responding to Customers.
  •      Taking Customer Feedback.
  •      Maintaining detailed report of daily sales activities including calls, sms, emails etc and customer responses.
  •      Pursuing new Sales Prospects.
  •      Identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals.
  •      Maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients to convert leads into opportunities.
  •      Negotiating deals and maintain customer satisfaction.
  •      Setting up meetings with potential clients.
  •      Maintain records of all sales leads on database regularly.
  •      Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  •      Keeping up to date with any new changes on social media platforms.
  •      Working towards achieving monthly / quarterly and annual Sales Targets with efficiency.
  •      Attending and participating in any sale or promotional activity organized by company. (within or out of City)
  •      Any other duty assigned by the management.
