Job Description:
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
- Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product / service.
- Presenting product / service demonstrations to the client.
- Responding to Customers.
- Taking Customer Feedback.
- Maintaining detailed report of daily sales activities including calls, sms, emails etc and customer responses.
- Pursuing new Sales Prospects.
- Identifying business opportunities, negotiating and closing deals.
- Maintaining relationships with clients and potential clients to convert leads into opportunities.
- Negotiating deals and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Setting up meetings with potential clients.
- Maintain records of all sales leads on database regularly.
- Present, promote and sell products / services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Keeping up to date with any new changes on social media platforms.
- Working towards achieving monthly / quarterly and annual Sales Targets with efficiency.
- Attending and participating in any sale or promotional activity organized by company. (within or out of City)
- Any other duty assigned by the management.
