1. 12+ years experience of IT/Telcom Project Management

Technical Skills/Job Description

1. Ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget
2. Evaluating customer satisfaction levels to ensure that customers are completely satisfied with the services being provided by the Telcom & IT service provider
3. Working as vendors to ensure that all equipment is compatible with existing systems and able to support technology domain related to Safe City domain (Servers, Networking, LTE, MW, Transmission, OFC, Camera, Analytics, CRM, Call Center, GIS etc)
4. Managing and supervising teams of engineers, developers other personnel involved in delivery projects
5. Ensuring that all teams have the necessary tools and materials to complete their work tasks efficiently
6. Coordinating with outside contractors or consultants to ensure that all work is performed according to specifications
7. Monitoring project schedules, and staff activities to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget parameters
8. Coordinating with internal departments to ensure that projects meet company standards for design and functionality
9. Monitoring project costs to ensure that expenses are controlled within budget limits
