Human Resource Executive

Required Qualification

Minimum 16 years of education

Degree in Business Administration with Majors in Human Resource Management

Experience: 1-2 Years

Working knowledge in MS Office 

Job Description

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Nurture a positive working environment

Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance

Maintain pay plan and benefits program

Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics

Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Recruit, interview, screen, complete reference checks and make hiring in collaboration with relevant department(s)

Preparation and signing of employment contracts of project staff

Designing and updating of JDs for different positions

Retain historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records

Assist department head(s) to carry out training need analysis and strategy for the organization to support the organizational strategic plans

Any other task assigned by line manager supervisor.
