Educational Qualification: Science Graduate
Experience                     : Miniumum 10 years experience as a Production Manager in a large manufacturing company
Savings                          : Between USD 1,500 to USD 2,000 maximum per month depending on the skills, experience and proven track record

Terms & Conditions

Job Description for Production Manager – Beverages Division:

Production Manager is fully in-charge for the Production Processes, Quality, Engineering and Technical Areas of Mineral Water, Carbonated Soft Drinks, Ready to Drink and Brick Pack Juice manufacturing operations.

Production Functions

v  Daily, weekly and monthly production planning and Plant MIS

v  Managing Production Processes end to end

v  Maintaining the quality of the product(s) at all times

v  Maintain all the processes as per the food safety standards at all times

v  Product formulation: Check and modify product formulation(s) time to time, subject to market need basis

v  Implement and follow QA & QC norms - 100% at all times

v  Maintain plant productivity ratio of 99%, OEE 85% to 90% at all times

v  Keep all the time high standard of GMP and Hygiene

v  Train and develop second and third line resources within six months

v  Interact with team about performance expectations

v  Implement new systems to further reduce wastages – RM, PM, Water, Electricity, etc.,

v  Manpower management, review of performance

v  Effective communication by learning French / Lingala quickly

v  Protect property and prevent losses

v  Ensure smooth plant operations at all times

Co-ordinating Engineering & Maintenance Functions with the Maintenance Team members

Ø  Implement daily, weekly, monthly and annual check-list of each and every machine

Ø  Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance schedule, planning and executing the same

Ø  Able to identify uptime and root cause, fix issues permanently, Why, Why analysis

Ø  Reduce/eliminate all repeated breakdowns

Ø  Plan & maintain proper spare parts. This is applicable to each and every machinery

Ø  Ensuring all the machines and equipment are delivering output as per the required quality

Ø  Implementing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), evaluate and suggest improvement plans to increase productivity and Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE)

Ø  Follow-up the procurement process and ensure inventory level is optimized

Ø  Ensure 6S management – Sort, Set, Shine, Standardize, Sustain and Safety and F.O.G practice (Fix, Optimize and Grow)

Ø  Ensure electrical, mechanical and instrumentation parts of all equipment are functioning as per the safety norms
