Eligible Qualification & Experience: Minimum 16 years of education in Accounts / Finance / Economics / Data Sciences or related discipline from a HEC recognized institution with minimum five (05) years of post-qualification related experience.
Preference will be given to the candidates having the knowledge of following:
- Reviewing and analyzing tariffs / pricing and related regulatory frameworks
- Handling of commercial / economic issues and market studies
- Dealing with issues related to competition and market behaviors
- Evaluation of value-added service proposals
- Ability to demonstrate knowledge pertaining to pricing, market assessments and competition
- Ability to exhibit analytical skills on different telecom topics
- Ability to express its ideas regarding innovation in ICT services
- Knowledge about new technologies
- Ability to use analytics / technology for sound decision making, initiatives and operations
- Ability to carry out communication, written and verbal, at all organizational levels
- Ability to manage the processes related to compliance by following regulatory guidelines
Candidates having higher relevant qualifications, exceptionally good academic record and relevant experience will be preferred.
