Main responsibilities:

  1. Design & develop new training curricula to include outcomes and assessments.
  2. Customize existing teacher training curricula for various objectives & timelines.
  3. Work with teachers and administrators to evaluate existing curricula and assess the quality of instructions.
  4. Design and produce engaging online learning experiences in accordance with industry-standard instructional design and content development process, models, and frameworks
  5. Training and capacity building in curricula development focusing on Competency Based Training in a workforce development
  6. Design and develop for Instructor-led training (ILT), online, and blended learning environments.
  7. Developing training programs to improve education standard for targeted beneficiaries.
  8. Supports academic improvements made through research, development, and testing of new teaching and learning methods and makes recommendations to administration.
  9. Follow with emerging trends and practices for the design, development, delivery and evaluation of learning content and activities
  10. Apply learning objectives in the development of instructional designs, instructional prototypes, and multiple-choice assessments.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by line Manager including classroom training, participation of project teams, and meetings.
  12. Any other task that is assigned by organization.

 

Skill Set:

  1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  2. Proactive and organized approach to multitasking.
  3. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  4. Good command on MS office ( word, excel, powerpoint).

Experience:

  1. At least a master’s degree in Education, Economics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  2. 4-6 years of experience in instructional design, or curriculum development.
  3. Experience of working on content development & in training and development of adult education
  4. Knowledge of various approaches to education and training, blended learning, and traditional & non-traditional education.
  5. Demonstrable competence and experience required in traditional learning, needs assessment, training design, development, delivery, and evaluation is required.
