Main responsibilities:

1. Use an effective way of teaching and focus on every trainee’s performance.
2. Monitoring of project activities including orientation of staff, daily attendance, training implementation plan, ensuring quality training, conducting feedback sessions, pre-post-test, and data collection.
3. Should have sufficient knowledge about tourism management.
4. Responsible for the identification and mitigation of any risks associated with the project.
5. Provide clients with area-specific travel information such as points of interest, restaurants, and special events
6. Explain trips to clients and give details on any documents required, such as passports or visas.
7. Provide all relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, maps, regulations, events) to travelers.
8. Research fare and schedule information
9. Preparing offers & quotations, giving advice, and sharing knowledge/expertise about hotels, services, destinations

10.Compute the cost of travel, accommodation, travel insurance coverage, and package tours.

11.Design, arrange and sell tour and group packages.

Experience:

1. Bachelor’s degree is required.
