The International Rescue Committee (IRC) is a leading humanitarian organization working in Pakistan since 1980 and has implemented large emergency response and recovery programs in communities affected by conflict and natural disasters. The IRC is inviting Expression of Interest (EOI) from National/Local NGOs for strategic partnership to strengthen their capacity and implement potential emergency response, recovery and rehabilitation projects/programs in selected districts of Punjab, Sindh, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Balochistan, Azad Jammu & Kashmir and Gilgit Baltistan under the following sectors:
Shelter and Non Food Items
Environmental Health (Water, Sanitation and Hygiene)
Protection (including child, women and other persons with specific needs)
Economic Recovery and Development.
The application response should not be more than 10 pages in length for the above thematic areas and selected geographical areas; also provide proof of registration, brief profile (on prescribed template), vision, mission, size, and geographic outreach with specific emphasis on demonstrating the following:
Women led/women focused.
Strong geographical presence in respective area.
Proven past performance and sound expertise in the aforementioned thematic areas
Diverse experience across the enlisted sectors.
Evidence of strong working relationships with relevant ministries and government departments.
Effective governance structure and demonstrated capacity for implementation.
Financial and Operational Capacity to implement project.
