Functions & Responsibilities:

• Contributes towards the overall goal and objectives of the organization
• He/she will lead the team in the Field.
• Attend patients and refer them to specialized health facilities (if needed).
• To ensure the availability of required medicine and timely communicate deficiency of medicines to PBHO, KP.
• To control ambulance for transportation of patients to other health facilities in case of emergencies.
• Offer services to all age, gender, religious groups of people.
• Compile and ensure timely submission of daily/monthly reports and records.
• To conduct regular progress meetings with the staff
• May require to perform other related duties assigned by supervisor as per organization’s set standards.

 Eligibility Criteria

Education

• MBBS/MD degree with PMDC registration.

Experience

• Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in hospital set up, with good clinical knowledge and skills.
• Must have knowledge of Project Management.
• Excellent reporting and communication skills.

Competencies

• Proficiency in English, written and spoken, as well as knowledge of other local languages
