ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining computers in organization. Provide desktop support assistance to users, maintain Hardware and manage Software applications, oversee websites & applications and ensure Data Centre / Software Development House (SDH) operational continuity as per defined organizational SOP’s.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Diploma (IT / Computer Science / Networks) related field from reputed HEC recognized institute or JCO’s / Airmen (Retired PAF IT Trade).
PREFERRED SKILLS
- COMPTIA A+ Certification
- CCNA accreditation advantageous
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Relevant experience of 02 years
JCO’s / Airmen (Retired PAF IT Trade) minimum experience 15 years.
