ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for initiation, design, execution, monitoring and troubleshooting of an organization computer networks through Data Centre facility. Liaise effectively with stakeholders to meet SLA’s. Manage helpdesk operations, Periodic Maintenance schedules and conduct daily activities. Oversee sufficient hardware bench stock & maintain inventory. Oversee all system maintenance, assign responsibilities and manage all helpdesk activities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

 

BS in Computer Science / equivalent from reputed HEC recognized inland / foreign institute or retired officer from PAF IT Branch.

 

PREFERRED SKILLED

 

  • Deep understanding of computer hardware & its troubleshooting. 
  • Certifications Preferred (COMPTIA A+, PMP, CCNA, MCSA etc) 
  • Practical experience in implementing / managing computer networks. 
  • Proven Self-Management and team management skills

 

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE 

Relevant experience of 03 years 

or 20 years PAF IT Branch experience. 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

The hired resource will undergo probation period for initial 06 months.
