Individual will be involved in designing and developing software modules used for small drone design. Individual will also be involved in integrating different electronics systems and modules with said embedded platforms as per defined requirements. The individual should have acumen for developing and integrating small drone systems.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors in Engineering with specialization in embedded systems from reputed inland / foreign institute. Masters degree in relevant field will be preferred.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Programming Software : Python, C#, ROS (preferred), Simulink, Labview, familiarization with controls and feedback systems

• Application development experience in the following domains

• Signal acquisition and transmission through acquisition hardware

• Linux based software solutions with applications in robotics

• Visual studio based software solutions

• Software package development for deployment on SBCs.

• Flight controller integration with SBCs

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years of development experience in the field of robotics development with preferred usage in autonomous flying platforms.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

• The hired engineer will undergo a 2‐3-month training period during which the engineer will be on probation. The final appointment will be confirmed after completion of the training period.
