ROLE PURPOSE: The Psychologist(Psychosocial Support worker) is a field-based position and responsible for directly engage with communities, parents, caregivers, children, and service providers to establish an effective response. S/he will be responsible for providing PFA, individual and group counseling sessions. S/he will be responsible for follow-up with individual patient plans, including referrals when needed. To ensure children harmed or at risk of being harmed are identified and receive individual case management support by conducting documentation, assessments, action plans, direct service provision, referrals and follow ups for an assigned case load of children. S/He will support training of caregivers, parents and frontline workers as required, project monitoring, supervision, report writing, ensuring that project meets stated goals and reporting requirements. |
