The position will report to Manager - Human resources and provide support in talent acquisition; staff learning and development; performance management; employee communication, updating of work structure and revision of HR policies and procedures.

More Specifically:

  • Handles end to end recruitment and selection process to acquire best talent for the organization.
  • Prepares job advertisement for approval and publication.
  • Coordinates with candidates to obtain documents required for further assessment.
  • Carries out initial shortlisting from the applications received based on approved criteria.
  • Carries out reference checks and Employment verification of selected candidate.
  • Coordinates with other departments for necessary onboarding arrangements and Orientation.
  • Coordinates with other departments for updating and maintaining job descriptions of all positions.
  • Assists in identifying learning & development needs of the staff.
  • Assists in developing “Professional Development Plans” to bridge the gaps in existing and required competencies to perform their job roles.
  • Assists in developing learning and development programs and explore venues that provide internal/external development opportunities for employees.
  •  Provides support to supervisors / employees during APR process.
  • Operates human capital and/or HR modules of ERP systems
  • Handles training & development process. Prepares yearly training budget for approval.
  • Assists in developing TORs for customized training programs. Updates training database.
  • Coordinates with Admin unit for formal training arrangements.
  • Prepares internal communications for staff to keep them abreast of HR activities/ initiatives/guidelines.
  • Prepare reports for relevant stakeholders.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • A Minimum of a Master’s degree in human resources & Business Management from an overseas or HEC recognized Institution in Pakistan with a minimum of 05 years of experience in the related field.
  • Inter Personal: Ability to communicate and interact individually and with other groups and skill to resolve interpersonal conflicts.
  • Communication, Verbal and non - verbal effective communication and effective listening. 
  • Negotiation and persuasion, working with others to find a mutually agreeable outcome.
  • Planning: Ability to accurately estimating time and effort required to complete a task.
  • Team Work: Ability to be an effective team member and drive to make the team a success.
  • Working Knowledge of MS Suit.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of ERP Systems.
