Description: Civil society organisations (CSOs) are the first to implement activities on the ground and play a crucial role in guaranteeing transparency, accountability and effectiveness in the aid and development sector. A comprehensive complaint response mechanism (CRM) is vital for their work to deal with grievances and feedback from stakeholders and enhancing trust, participation and impact. This webinar aims to delve into strategies and best practices for establishing and running an effective CRM for CSOs operating in the aid and development sector of Pakistan.
During this session, the panellists will offer insights into the critical role of CRMs in enhancing accountability and transparency within CSOs. They will provide practical strategies to enhance CRM frameworks of CSOs. Additionally, they will discuss prevalent challenges faced by typical CSOs in Pakistan's local context when implementing CRM effectively. The panellists will also share exemplary practices for successfully addressing complaints within the Pakistani settings. There will be an opportunity for questions and answers during the discussion. The event will be held in Urdu. English interpretation and English closed captioning will be provided. Panellists:
