Project : The ICRC study on customary international humanitarian law (IHL) Customary IHL - IHL Databases - ICRC, published in 2005 and accessible in a regularly updated online database since 2010, is used by a wide range of actors involved in or otherwise concerned with relevant situations. The database has thus become an important reference tool for relevant actors and on relevant subjects. The ICRC delegation in Pakistan conducts research each year to update the database. This year the IHL department is looking for an IHL expert (or team) to conduct research on the laws, policies and official statements coming from Pakistan, to update the online database.
