Relevant Experience:

16 Years of Education from HEC recognized universities with specialization in Education/ECE/ECD/Psychology/English/Urdu or any discipline equivalent to 16 years of education with minimum 01 years of experience, and preference will be given with Diploma in ECE/Montessori/ECD.

Job Description:

Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that follows the Montessori principles and materials.

• Develop and implement lesson plans and activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.

• Observe and assess each child's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

• Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress.

• Foster a sense of independence, self-discipline, and respect in the classroom.

• Collaborate with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns.

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school-related activities.
