Relevant Experience:

16 Years of Education in any discipline from HEC recognized universities with minimum 01 year of experience of teaching in any school preferably in ECE/ECD in recognized educational institution

Job Description:

Facilitate montessori teacher to Create a nurturing and engaging learning environment that follows the Montessori principles and materials.

Facilitate montessori Teacher in followings roles:

• Develop and implement lesson plans and activities that cater to the individual needs and interests of each child.

• Observe and assess each child's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement, and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

• Maintain accurate records of each child's development and progress.

• Foster a sense of independence, self-discipline, and respect in the classroom.

• Collaborate with parents, keeping them informed about their child's progress and addressing any concerns.

• Participate in staff meetings, professional development opportunities, and other school-related activities.

Any Other Task Assigned by Montessori Teacher.
