Relevant Experience:

  1. Master's degree in social sciences, or a relevant field.
  2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in training, community mobilization, stakeholder engagement or a similar role, preferably in refugee or humanitarian settings.
  3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  4. Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Ability to work in diverse cultural and community settings
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  7. Good command at Pashto and other local language.
  • Job Description:
  • - Coordinate and implement training programs for refugee host communities, focusing on capacity building.

    - Facilitate a pilot training program for UNFPA project in public and low-cost private schools in refugee and host communities.

    - Tailored training programs to address identified needs and priorities of refugee and host community.

    - Collaborate with local youth-led organizations and stakeholders to ensure community ownership and relevance.

    - Coordinate logistics, venues, and materials for training events to ensure smooth delivery

    - Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and community engagement activities to promote interactive learning.

    - Compile and submit progress reports to provincial heads, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.

    - Ensuring training prerequisites and agenda.

    - Liaise with teachers, schools, and community leaders to schedule training sessions and ensure alignment with local priorities

    - Ensure training programs align with organizational goals, refugee needs, and host community priorities.

    -  Provide regular progress reports to provincial heads and other relevant stakeholders.
