General Description: School Bag for students, 1000 D nylon polyester, Graving printed with the digital text logo in white on the front side. Item Technical Specification: Composition: Polyester 100% (+/- 5 %) Color: Black - Cloth: 1000 D Rucksack style, that has inner side PVC Coated and zipper fastenings at the top. Two Padded shoulder straps on the back: Width: 6cm, Thick: 1cm, Length: 33cm, with an adjustable attachment of soft nylon strip (width 3.5 cm) securely sewn on to the base of the bag. Terms and Conditions:
- The organization has the right to accept or reject any or all offers without assigning any reason.
- Any vendor can apply for one or more lots at the same time. However one bidder should submit only one set of technical documents and separate financial bid and sample for lots applied for clearly marking the lot number at the top of the sealed envelop.
- The procuring agency reserves the right to verify any firm blacklisted in the past.
- All prices quoted should be inclusive of all costs for delivery to Peshawar office.
- Prices quoted must be inclusive of all taxes.
- Prices must be valid for 60 days.
- Samples must be submitted along with the bidding documents. In case samples are not provided, quote will be considered non-responsive.
- The proposal must include time of delivery from the issuance of purchase order.
- Selection will be based on firm’s reputation, experience, financial soundness, No. of similar assignments, sales tax registration and quality of the samples. The samples quality will carry 80% weight.
- Only technically qualified bidders will be financially evaluated.
- Selected vendors will have to deposit 10% of qouted amount in the form of a bank draft or pay order or bank guarnatee in favour of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation as performance guarantee, before issuance of Purchase order which will be refunded upon completion of supplies satisfactorilly.
- Preshipment inspection will be undertaken to the warehouse of the firm before supply to ascertain the quality of the supplies as per samples provided.
- Rejected items during preshipment inspection or at the time of receiving will be stamped by the organisation as rejected with rejection stamp if any variance is observed from the approved sample.
- All payments will be made through cross cheques/Bank Transfer in favor of vendor registered/official account.
- All Taxes will be applicable and withheld as per Government rules.
Any bids received by the Procuring agency after the deadline will be rejected and returned unopened to the Bidders.

Tendering process will be based on single stage double envelop criteria. Sealed Quotation/s comprising of two separate envelops one containing Organizational profile and other releveant documents like NTN Certificate, Sales Tax registration, Previous experience of supplying similar nature of items and 2nd envelop containing the price. Quotes clearly marking lot number should reach the undersigned through courier or by hand along with the sample on or before 1700 hours, May 31, 2024.
