Job Summary:


The Dopasi Foundation intends to hire an enthusiastic and committed HR professional to support the routine functions of the Human Resources department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Specific Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

1. Support in Coordinate the entire recruitment, selection, and hiring process, including working closely with the management team and hiring managers to establish strategic staffing plans that align with the organization's objectives

2. Support in implementation of performance management initiatives and guide staff and managers on performance-related matters and other HR issues.

3. Support in developing and executing a comprehensive leave tracking system to accurately monitor and manage leave entitlements.

4. Support in maintaining accurate personnel files, including contracts, job descriptions, recruitment documents, performance evaluations, and exit interviews.

5. Support in ensuring that timesheets for project staff are completed accurately. Reconcile leave records and timesheets with the finance team on a monthly basis, ensuring that payroll and benefits are accurately recorded in the field office vouchers.

6. Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Minimum Bachelor’s degree in human resources, management, or relevant field; completion of professional development courses in management and staff development preferred.

2. A minimum of three years of experience in human resource management and project operations, with a preference for experience in USAID-funded programs.
3. Demonstrated experience in managing the entire employment lifecycle for both long-term and short-term staff, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and contract termination.
4. A track record of effectively supporting projects during local and USAID audits of personnel files is desirable.
5. A thorough understanding of Pakistani labor laws and personnel regulations is mandatory.
6. Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
7. Capable of working collaboratively within a team environment while also taking initiative on independent tasks.
8. Ability to present information concisely to inform project management decisions effectively.
