CARE Pakistan is seeking reputable General Order Suppliers to deliver and install 180 visibility boards in Okara and Vehari districts of Punjab Province. Please find attached the RFQ document, Read it carefully, and if you meet the mandatory criteria, fill out the Price Annex and provide relevant documents by the deadline of 11:59 PM, April 24, 2024, by sending your documents to [email protected]

Mandatory and selection criteria

The interested firms must meet the following mandatory criteria and submit relevant documents as proof. Failure to provide proof will result in disqualification.

• Registration Proof with any governmental entity
• NTN
• 2 POs of working with NGO/ INGOs

Following the mandatory criteria, the below selection criteria will be used to evaluate the vendors: 

• Price: 60%
• Completion time: 15% (the vendors with minimum completion time will be given maximum marks)
• Quality of samples 25% (Samples will be called in Multan/Okara or Vehari for evaluation from shortlisted vendors only).

Note: The top 5 Vendors (in Price and Mobilization time) will be asked to submit samples to CARE Implementing Partner in Multan/Vehari or Okara for evaluation. The shortlisted vendors must submit the samples within 4 working days to the above offices; failure to do so will result in exclusion from further competition.
