On behalf of Centre for Peace and Development Initiatives (CPDI) Pakistan, you are requested to provide the Sealed Quotation for supply of the following item on or before April 02-2024 (12:00PM) from the date of receipt of this request.

NOTE :  CPDI will initially release the base payment of goods after satisfactory delivery and will withhold the GST amount till the receipt of tax exemption certificate to be received from the tax authorities. The remaining amount of invoice (GST amount) will be settled in case the GST Exemption Certificate is not received in the stipulated time period-. The tentative time for the said exemption process will be 30 to 90 days.

• The quotation will be valid for 30 working days after receipt.
• "Products labeled 'Made in China' are not deemed acceptable due to organizational regulations.
• The supplier will be selected through competitive bid process.
• Quotation through email will not be accepted.
• The Vendor is required to complete his order within 7 working days.
• The quotation must be provided with complete required specification.
• Only GST registered Supplier are encouraged to apply for this RFQ.
