Chemonics International Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), under the Investment Promotion Activity (IPA), USAID Contract No. 72039122C00001, is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Development of investment climate index for Pakistan

The purpose of the RFP is to solicit proposals from reputed firms, having strong background, knowledge and experience of providing similar services.

Interested companies or organizations must submit a proposal to the Subcontracts Team at [email protected] by 11:59 pm Islamabad time on 26th April,2024. Detail RFP documents is attached as annex.

This RFP does not obligate Chemonics to execute a subcontract, nor does it commit Chemonics to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals. Furthermore, Chemonics reserves the right to reject any or all offers, if such action is in the best interest of Chemonics.

Apply By:

A prospective Applicant requiring clarification of the bidding documents may notify the Purchaser in writing by sending an email to [email protected]. The request for clarification must reach the purchaser not later than (April 10^th, 2024). The Purchaser shall respond by e-mail providing clarification on the bidding documents no later than (April 19^th, 2024).

Proposal Conference. A proposal conference will be held virtually on 23^rd April,2024 to provide interested offerors an opportunity to learn more about Pakistan Investment Promotion Activity (IPA) and to ask any questions about this RFP and the solicitation process. Chemonics welcomes any organization to attend this proposal conference. Please email advance questions by 21^st April,2024 to procurement department at [email protected] with Subject: Registration Request to attend Pre-Bid Conference.

Interested companies or organizations must submit a proposal to the Subcontracts Team at [email protected] by 11:59 pm Islamabad time on April 26^th, 2024. Detail RFP documents is attached as annex.

All pages of the RFP, both technical and financial proposals must be signed and stamped before submission.”
