Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan is looking for Competent Admin & Finance Officer for Chitral Region under Hayat Project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, expense report, and financial transactions
  • Maintain financial records and documentation in compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Conduct periodic financial analysis to monitor spending trends.
  • Provide support in grant management, budget development and expenditure tracking.
  • Oversee general administrative functions such as office management, procurement, and inventory control.
  • Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for goods and services.
  • Maintain and update organizational policies and procedures in collaboration with management.
  • Assists the project meetings/ trainings and events as needed.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports detailing expenditures, revenue and budget variances.
  • Present financial update and insights to the project coordinator to develop strategies for effective financial management and resource allocation.
  • Provide regular update to project coordinator on administrative matters and seek guidance or approval as necessary
  • Timely and accurate financial reporting
  • Adherence to budgetary constraints and financial targets
  • Compliance with internal policies, external regulations and Audit requirements
  • Effective communication and collaboration
  • Support provides to field team.

Education, Experience & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in financial discipline or Master Degree in relevant discipline will be added advantage.
  • 3 years of experience of in relevant field from reputed organization.
  • Previous work experience in health-related projects will be an asset
  • Ability to compare data from a variety of sources for accuracy and completeness.
