Organizational Context and Scope:

Under the overall supervision of the Chief of Mission and direct supervision of the Senior Programme Coordinator in IOM Pakistan and the Project Manager, the Data Processing Assistant position requires to be stationed in the field, with frequent travels to the districts and target communities in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Sindh and Baluchistan provinces, and will be responsible for deliverables as per the following sections

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Core  Functions / General Responsibilities:

• Assist in implementation of IOM’s Risk Communication and Community Engagement RCCE) activities
• Strengthen risk communication and community engagement in the health facility assigned.
• Design community engagement activities targeting different high-risk and
• vulnerable groups such as undocumented Afghans and Flood IDPs.
• Deliver presentations, guidelines, tools, and other resources to support the implementation of activities.
• Deliver Psychological First Aid Training
• Deliver interpersonal communication and risk communication trainings to frontline health workers.
• Participation in relevant technical working groups and coordination systems
• Support team leads with any other administrative tasks such as creating periodic reports on Programme delivery,
• Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.

Education and Experience :

• Degree in counselling/Social Science with 3 years of experience
