Relevant Experience:

• 2 years+ experience in a production house or similar role.
• Good skills in Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Good skills in graphic designing and well-experienced in using relevant software tools.
• Well-experienced in producing documentaries, videos, Orphan Stories, success stories, and other multimedia content.
• Familiar with operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras with gimbal and Go Pro
• Good knowledge of social media Reels/Shorts and knows the sizes of videos/posts on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• BA or minimum FA with good experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Job Description:

• Assist in Capture high-quality footage using DSLR/Mirrorless cameras with a gimbal and Go Pro, and operate a drone for aerial shots.
• Assist in editing video and audio content using editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or Audacity.
• Help with tasks such as color correction, audio mixing, adding graphics or animations, and other post-production processes.
• Assist in Design graphics and visuals for use in videos and social media posts.
• Produce eye-catching video clips and photos for social media Reels/Shorts.
• Assist in maintaining media libraries, archives, and databases for easy access to assets and resources.
• Ensure all media products comply with media ethics, code of conduct, and consent requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop ideas for new multimedia content.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video production, graphic designing, and social media marketing.
