As Farmers Development Organization (FDO) is experiencing rapid growth, with a workforce now exceeding 100 employees, the imperative to streamline and optimize its human resource management processes has become increasingly evident. Implementing a Human Resource Information Management System (HRIS) stands as a strategic imperative to efficiently manage FDO’s expanding workforce's lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management, payroll, benefits administration, and compliance.

Scalability emerges as another critical objective, as FDO seeks an HRIS solution that can seamlessly accommodate organization's growth trajectory without sacrificing performance or functionality.

3. Objectives:

The key objective of this assignment is the strengthening of the Human Resource Management system.

The main objectives of this consultancy are as follows:

a. The primary objective of acquiring an HRIS is to enhance the efficiency of FDO’s HR department by automating repetitive tasks, reducing manual errors, and optimizing workflow processes.

b. Centralizing employee data within a comprehensive HRIS database will ensure data accuracy, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory requirements, safeguarding sensitive personnel information and mitigating legal risks.

c. It is also be guided by the objective of cost reduction, as we aim to mitigate operational expenses associated with manual HR processes, paperwork, administrative overheads, and compliance penalties, optimizing resource allocation and maximizing efficiency.
