Qualification Requirements

  • Minimum qualification (Intermediate- 12 years of education); Good IT skills (Word/Excel) and a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • Preference will be given to retired Army personnel.

Job description


  • Leading and taking care of maintenance and repair related issues
  • Typically, responsible for supervision of support staff
  • Collects quotations, plan and undertake procurement of assets, supplies and after-sale services and ensure that all the items are purchased on compatible market prices
  • Keep inventory records of all Head Office assets including vehicles, office equipment, installations, and furniture etc.
  • Ensuring that all vehicles, furniture’s and equipment including air conditioners, generator etc. are properly operating and are regularly repaired.
  • Monitor vehicle record keeping regarding (repairing, trackers, fuel, logs, tokens and registration etc.
  • Vehicles management - look after vehicles in pool, drivers, maintenance, cleanliness, in and out vehicles logbook etc.
  • Ensure that project vehicles are being used only for the project purposes and not being misused by the staff.
  • Coordination with PSO on Fleet card activations and processing payments to PSO
  • Coordination with E-11 and 602 tenants and taking care of maintenance and repair related issues
  • Coordination with Banks on recent lease and processing lease payments on time.
  • Follow up of any vehicle repair work and vehicle claims with insurance companies.
  • Generating E-11 tenant monthly utility bills invoices and follow up of monthly payments with all tenants of E-11 Plaza.
  • Perform any other tasks as required by AiD Management
