Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide transportation services for employees, clients, and visitors as needed.
2. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off according to the schedule.
3. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company vehicle.
4. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and reliability.
5. Plan and research driving routes to ensure efficiency and punctuality.
6. Run office errands, such as picking up supplies, documents, and other items.
7. Assist with the loading and unloading of goods, packages, and luggage.
8. Maintain accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents.
9. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies to ensure the safety of passengers and vehicle.
10. Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
3. Proven experience as a driver, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
