Chemonics International Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Chemonics”), acting on behalf of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Building Healthy Families Activity (BHFA), under contract number 7209122CA00006 is soliciting offers from companies and organizations to submit proposals to participate with BHFA to develop the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution for effective 1) Self Registration & Licensing, 2) Clinical governance and complaints, 3) Anti Quackery, 4) M&E, 5) Finance management & accounting, 6) Human resource management, 7) CEO Secretariat for SHCC. The attached RFP contains all the necessary information for interested Offerors.
 
The Building Health Families (BHF), funded by the US Agency for International Development (USAID), seeks to improve health outcomes in Pakistan by strengthening primary health care systems to encourage use of voluntary family planning (FP) and reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH) services. The project works closely with Sindh and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa provincial governments and private-sector providers to assist the Government of Pakistan with achieving its FP2030 goals. BHF contributes to a higher-performing health system that is prepared to handle pandemics, and is more responsive to the needs of Pakistanis, especially women, children, and youth, disadvantaged and marginalized populations.  
 
Companies or organizations should indicate their interest in submitting a proposal for the anticipated subcontract by sending an email indicating their intention to Jordan Babin at [email protected] by 5:00 PM PKT on May 31st, 2024. The full RFP will be shared once the notice of intention is received.    
 
Chemonics realizes that Offerors may have additional questions after reading this RFP. Interested Offerors can submit their questions to Jordan Babin according to the instructions in 1.2 of the RFP. If necessary, Chemonics will provide answers to all relevant questions received in an amendment that will be emailed directly to all interested Offerors who registered with Jordan Babin. Proposal submissions are due to Jordan Babin, according to the instructions in 1.7 of the RFP, on June 9th at 5 PM PKT.  
 
This RFP does not obligate Chemonics to execute a subcontract nor does it commit Chemonics to pay any costs incurred in the preparation and submission of the proposals. Furthermore, Chemonics reserves the right to reject any and all offers, if such action is considered to be in the best interest of Chemonics.
