Qualification required

• The minimum qualification Bachelor
• ECI will prefer a Master's degree in computer science or a relevant field
• Certification as a digital skill trainer from a well-known organization

Minimum Years of Experience

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in selected digital skill training course
• Expertise in Digital Skills: Proficiency in a wide range of digital skills
• Teaching and Training Skills: Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely and facilitate engaging and interactive training sessions
• Industry Experience: Hands-on experience working in the digital industry
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills and communicate complex technical concepts in a comprehensible manner
• Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability to troubleshoot technical issues, address learner difficulties
• Collaboration Skills: Aptitude for working collaboratively with other trainers, project team, and stakeholders
• Passion for Teaching: Genuine passion for sharing knowledge and empowering others to succeed in the digital realm
