General Position Summary

The Senior Project Officer should be a self-motivated and analytically capable individual who will be responsible for supporting the RFH Portal and optimizing the operations of the Specimen Transportation intervention. We are actively seeking a proactive and innovative Senior Program Officer with expertise in .NET, SQL, and React Native to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be part of designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance software solutions.

• Design and develop secure, efficient, and maintainable software applications using .NET, SQL, and React Native.
• Architect, develop and maintain end-to-end server-side and client-side logic for web applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and deliver software solutions that meet and exceed expectations.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and high-quality code standards. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary improvements.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to contribute innovative ideas for continuous improvement. Implement best practices for responsive design, user interface development, and front-end performance optimization.
• Enhances the organization's reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Any other task as assigned by the supervisor.

Works Directly With: Senior Program Manager, Senior Technical Advisors, Component Lead, M&E Officers, Data Management Officers, Project Assistant and Program Officers

Knowledge and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 2-3 years as a Full Stack Developer with in-depth knowledge of .NET, SQL, and React Native.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices.
• Proficiency in database design, optimization, and SQL queries.
• Experience in developing and maintaining mobile applications using React Native.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and stakeholders
