The Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan (AKHS, P) is inviting applications for the position of Human Resource Officer for Gilgit Baltistan region, based in Gilgit.

The incumbent will provide support to the HR Business Partner in managing the entire employee life cycle including recruitment, learning & development, compensation, HR operations and performance management etc. of Gilgit Baltistan region in compliance with HR policies and procedures. 

Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other related discipline with one or more years of relevant experience. Experience in healthcare sector will be an added
  • advantage.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and HR related softwares.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills with an ability to assist in problem solving.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
