Position Description: Overall management of regions’ financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Processing of monthly payroll of all regions including Head Office |
Preparation of monthly EOBI report of all regions including Head Office for timely deposit with government treasury |
Preparation of salary income tax report of all regions including Head Office for timely deposit with FBR |
Preparation of monthly provident fund & PF loan report of all regions including Head Office |
Processing of staff leave encashment on payroll module |
Processing of staff bonus on payroll module |
Verification & processing of AP/AP down payment invoices of all regions on daily basis |
Verification & processing of outgoing/incoming invoices of all regions on daily basis |
Verification of bank reconciliation statement of all regions on monthly basis |
Preparation of special projects financial reports. |
Ensure implementation of organization’s financial policies and procedures. |
Providing extensive support in the preparation of annual budgets. |
Facilitating external & internal auditors for audit of the region on annual basis. |
Verification & processing of cash request of all regions on quarterly basis. |
Maintaining of fixed assets register of all the regions including Head Office as per required standard. |
Calculation & posting of fixed assets depreciation of all regions |
Reconciliation of regional current account with Head Office on quarterly basis |
Reconciliation of school management fund & CHC income with Head Office on quarterly basis |
Ensuring timely financial closing of all regions. |
Keeping update knowledge of Finance Policy and compliance thereof. |
Performing other duties as assigned by supervisor. |
Minimum Requirement
Qualification: MBA/M.Com/B.Com
Experience: 5 years prior experience including 2 years in Non-Profit Organizations in similar capacity.
Skill Set:

II. Good communication/presentation skills and
III. High Integrity/ethics, and the ability to meet the deadlines
