The Aga Khan Health Service, Pakistan (AKHS, P) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Officer-Compensation & HR Operations for its Central Office, Rawalpindi.

Job Description:

  •  The incumbent will be responsible to assist HR team in executing functions related to compensation & HR operations including preparation of monthly payroll of more than 1,000 staff, administration of staff benefits that includes, PF, gratuity, leaves, health & life insurance, EOBI payment & pension claims and processing of full & final settlements of outgoing staff.
  • S/he will also assist HR team in completing periodic performance appraisal cycle and increment from data entry/verification to issuance of letters.
  • S/he will be responsible to maintain and update personnel files and other compensation & statutory record as per standard checklists. 
Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or any other related discipline with 2 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in healthcare sector will be an added advantage
  • The ideal candidate for this position should have a solid background in HR, with profound understanding of compensation management, payroll administration, and general HR operations.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR softwares (ERP/HRIS) / MS Excel are prerequisites for success in this role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are also essential as s/he will collaborate with various stakeholders, including employees, managers, and external service providers.
