Job Purpose:

The Senior Executive - Training and Curriculum will be a pivotal member of the Training team, primarily responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and documentation of training programs and developing necessary curriculum. This role involves coordinating with regional offices, managing hands-on training at various business properties, gathering and analyzing feedback, and supporting HR in the hiring of trainers.


1.Training Program Management

Collaborate with department heads and HR to identify training needs and objectives.

Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs tailored to meet organizational goals

2.Implementation and Coordination

Coordinate with regional offices to ensure consistent and effective training implementation.

Manage logistics and coordination for hands-on training at different business properties


Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities.

Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes and participation.

4.Feedback and Evaluation

Implement feedback mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs.

Analyze feedback data and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

5.Trainer Hiring Support

Collaborate with HR in the recruitment and hiring of trainers.

Assist in the onboarding new trainers.

 6.Stakeholder Communication

Liaise with businesses and properties to ensure smooth coordination of hands-on training.

Communicate training schedules, expectations, and updates to relevant stakeholders

7.Resource Management

Manage training resources efficiently, including materials and venues.

Optimize budget allocations for training initiatives.


Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences.

Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Familiarity with training evaluation methods and tools.

Additional Requirements

Certification in Training and Development is desirable.

Previous experience in coordinating training programs across multiple locations.

Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability.
