The International Rescue Committee, hereinafter referred to as “the IRC”, is a non-profit, humanitarian agency that provides relief, rehabilitation, protection, resettlement services, and advocacy for refugees, displaced persons and victims of oppression and violent conflict.
It is the intent of this RFP to secure competitive proposals to select Supplier(s) for the International Rescue committee (for Islamabad capital territory, Provincial Offices located in four provinces of Pakistan and various district offices located in these provinces) for Rented Vehicle Services described in Annex ‘’A’’ & “B”. The market is divided into 4 Lots and the evaluation will be conducted separately for each Lot.All interested eligible service providers/suppliers are invited to submit their sealed proposals for 1 or all lots.
The winning Bidder will enter into a ‘’Master Service Agreement’’ for period of two (02) years, (2024-2025) that may be extended for one (01) more year subject to satisfactory performance. Bidder shall be domiciled in and shall comply with all Government Regulations to operate inPakistan. Bidder shall be regular tax-payers and shall furnish a copy of their operating license/certificate of registration valid for the fiscal year (2024-2025). Bidder shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt or fraudulent practices.

A prospective Bidder requiring clarification of the Bidding Documents may notify the Purchaser in writing at [email protected]. The request for clarification must reach the purchaser not later than February 16, 2024. The Purchaser shall respond by e-mail providing clarification on the bid queries/documents no later than February 20, 2024.
Bidder shall submit sealed bids addressed to the (Procurement Committee), at the Office located at Building # 2, Plot # 270, Service Road North, I-9/3, Islamabad by February 28, 2024.Bidders must submit bids based on the best and final price offers as no negotiations are expected after bid opening. Organization reserves the right to accept or reject, any or all proposals without assigning any reason.
No late submission in this regard will be entertained.
