Job Description

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The ideal candidate should be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.

  • Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
  • Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
  • Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
  • Serving tea and lunch to office staff, as well as kitchen maintenance, office cleaning plus other day to day jobs as assigned by office administration.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Perform receptionist duties when needed

  QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

  • A qualified person with middle or matric qualification with good communication, behavior and interpersonal skills.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • Thorough understanding of office management procedures
  • Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
  • Good in verbal communication and well-conversant with norms of public dealing and entertaining guests

ADDITIONAL NOTES

  • This position is for one-year term with possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance or need basis.
