ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The ideal candidate should be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure.
- Organize office and assist associates in ways that optimize procedures
- Sort and distribute communications in a timely manner
- Monitor level of supplies and handle shortages
- Serving tea and lunch to office staff, as well as kitchen maintenance, office cleaning plus other day to day jobs as assigned by office administration.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
- Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
- Perform receptionist duties when needed
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- A qualified person with middle or matric qualification with good communication, behavior and interpersonal skills.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
- At least 1 year of relevant professional experience
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Thorough understanding of office management procedures
- Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills
- Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving
- Good in verbal communication and well-conversant with norms of public dealing and entertaining guests
ADDITIONAL NOTES
- This position is for one-year term with possibility of extension based on satisfactory performance or need basis.

- The hired candidate will undergo a 2‐3 months training period during which the candidate will be on probation. The final appointment will be confirmed after completion of the training period.
