Following Documents must be accompanied along with attached RFQ.

·       Valid NTN/ GST and certifications from the Ministry of National Food Security and Research

·       Company profile if previously not submitted to HDF.

·       Relevant past experience of supply of similar food items.

·       Supplier will submit copies of contracts/ purchase orders of similar nature. The supplier will also provide the contact information of the clients of these past references for confirmation of successful completion of contracts.

TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. Quotation must be submitted on company letterhead through Courier or by hand. In any case your quotations must be SIGNED and STAMPED.
2. Subject of Email should be QUOTATION FOR Ref: PD-0040
3. SAMPLES of each item should be submitted to HDF Islamabad Office upon request in post bid meeting.
4. Quotation validity must be 60 working days from date of submission.
5. Delivery time/schedule and HDF delivery place will be given once finalize in Zhob, Tando Muhammad Khan and Soon valley regions.
6. Prices must be inclusive of all applicable taxes (GST/WHT) and Delivery Charges up to HDF locations and loading un loading expenses.

 NOTE:  800 Ramzan food packs intially requires by HDF quanitiy may increase or decrease according to the budget availibility.
