Location: G-9/3 Islamabad
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities (Concise)

1. Administration & Office Management

  • Oversee daily administrative operations across all centers.
  • Implement policies, SOPs, and compliance standards.
  • Manage procurement, inventory, and organizational assets.
  • Ensure discipline, attendance, and office readiness.
  • Maintain safety, hygiene, and child protection standards.
  • Manage documentation, records, and official correspondence.

2. Human Resource Management

  • Maintain employee files, payroll data, and service records.
  • Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance discipline.
  • Address staff concerns and ensure HR policy compliance.

3. Financial Supervision

  • Supervise financial transactions, receipts, and petty cash.
  • Monitor fee collection, deposits, and reconciliations.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and monthly expense summaries.
  • Support budgeting and cost-control measures.

4. Facility Maintenance & Infrastructure

  • Oversee building maintenance, cleanliness, and security.
  • Ensure timely repair and upkeep of equipment and fixtures.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections for safety and quality.

5. Coordination & Communication

  • Act as liaison between management, therapists, and staff.
  • Coordinate daily operations, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Provide daily updates and incident reports to management.
  • Communicate professionally with parents, staff, and visitors.

6. Client & OPD Operations

  • Supervise client registration, appointments, and session schedules.
  • Ensure smooth client flow across therapy departments.
  • Maintain OPD records and service delivery reports.
  • Assist parents with queries regarding services and policies.
